As parents and caregivers, it can be easy to get sucked into thinking that our kids need to be striving and pursuing excellence every step of the way. How can we remind ourselves and our children that success is not linear, and that learning how to deal with failure is just as (or more) important for the long-term health and well-being of our kids?
